Small town libraries are EXCELLENT at multi-tasking and meeting the needs of our patrons. We have copy/print/fax capabilities, public computers, Wifi, video magnifiers for the blind, interlibrary loan, decorative cake pans, electrical watt testers, school supplies, preschool storytime, book clubs, a telescope, DVDs and . . . oh yeah . . . BOOKS!

We offer a 30-minute preschool story time from September through May. Open to ages 3+. We read books, make crafts, color and sing songs. We meet 11:15-11:45am on Thursday mornings.

Elmwood Public Library has a monthly book club open to anyone! A common title is announced at the beginning of the month, and 5-10 copies are made available to library patrons. We meet on the last Monday of the month at 6:30pm to discuss the novel and find out what the next one will be!
