Library Book Club
The library is now hosting a book club which meets on the 3rd Monday at 7pm at the library.
Our next gathering is May 18.
We will be discussing the book - The Wedding People by Alison Espach

The Last Story Time Weekend is in the books
Our last Story Time Weekend was April 17th and 18th - until June when the Summer Reading Program programs begin.
Our Summer Reading Program has 2 parts: one - reading for very small prizes and two - in person programs at the library on Friday's and Saturday's during June.
Sign up will begin for the reading portion on Monday, May 11th .
We will have 3 age groups: 0 - 6 years of age, 7-15 years of age and 16 years and older.
Reading may begin after sign up and ends the end of July.
Readers 16 years and older should read 3 books during the summer to be eligible to be put in a drawing for fun small prizes and gift cards.

Fremont Area Big Give - Thursday, May 7th
Support your library and other local nonprofit organizations on Thursday, May 7th.
The Big Give is an online one day fundraising event sponsored by the Fremont Area Community Foundation.
Anytime on May 7th you can go to fremontareabiggive.org and donate any amount to help support the North Bend Public Library and many other area nonprofit organization.

North Bend VFW Post #8223, North Bend Area Community Foundation, North Bend Boosters Club, North Bend Central Foundation, Grand Passage Sportsman Fund and the Purcell Initiative.
